MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 81, April 10, 1987 ] CREATING AN INTRA-GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS POLICY COORDINATING COMMITTEE An Intra-Government Financial Institutions Policy Coordinating Committee is hereby created to be chaired by the Secretary of Finance, composed of the following institutions: Philippine National Bank Development Bank of the Philippines Government Service Insurance System Social Security System Land Bank of the Philippines The Committee shall meet at least once every quarter to formulate a coordinated policy among the aforestated government financial institutions and its subsidiaries, and to submit a report to the President.1aшphi1 (Sgd.)
