MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 75-E, March 26, 1987 ] GRANTING SALARY INCREASES FOR POSITIONS IN THE MOVIE AND TELEVISION REVIEW AND CLASSIFICATION BOARD (MTRCB) AND THE VIDEOGRAM REGULATORY BOARD (VRB) The increase in salaries of Career Executive Service positions by 5% and the salaries of the rank and file positions by 30% for the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board and the Videogram Regulatory Board is hereby authorized effective April 1, 1986.
