EXTENDING THE GRACE PERIOD WITHIN WHICH EMPLOYERS MAY REMIT ALL DELINQUENT SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM CONTRIBUTIONS DUE AND PAYABLE AS OF JULY 15, 1986, AS PROVIDED FOR UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 28, DATED JULY 16, 1986

I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby order that the grace period within which employers may remit all delinquent Social Security System contributions due and payable as of July 15, 1986 and submit the corresponding collection lists therefor, without incurring the three percent (3%) penalty prescribed by law, as provided for under Executive Order No. 28, dated July 16, 1986, is hereby extended up to March 3, 1987.

The provisions of Executive Order No. 28 which are not contrary to or inconsistent with this Memorandum Order shall remain in force and effect.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
