[ Memorandum Order No. 142, December 17, 1987 ]

AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 128 DATED NOVEMBER 11, 1987 CREATING THE PRESIDENTIAL LEGISLATIVE LIAISON OFFICE (PLLO)

WHEREAS, Memorandum Order No. 128 dated November 11, 1987, creating the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office took effect on November 11, 1987;

WHEREAS, the PLLO was actually organized and started operating on July 1, 1987 in view of the exigency of the service; and

WHEREAS, there is need to reconcile the two aforementioned dates in order to validate/confirm decisions or actions taken by the PLLO starting July 1, 1987, including expenses incurred in relation thereto.

In view thereof, Memorandum Order No. 128 dated November 11, 1987 creating the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office is hereby amended to make it effective July 1, 1987.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
