RECONSTITUTING THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE CREATED UNDER MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 103 TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE STATE VISIT OF PRESIDENT VIRGILIO BARCO VARGAS OF COLOMBIA.
The National Committee created under Memorandum Order No. 103 dated August 10, 1987, to take charge of the arrangements connected with the State visit of President Virgilio Barco Vargas of Colombia is hereby reconstituted as follows:
