[ Memorandum Order No. 101, July 28, 1987 ]

ABOLISHING THE CONGRESSIONAL ACCOUNTS LIQUIDATION OFFICE AND TRANSFERRING ALL ITS PERTINENT FUNCTIONS, PERSONNEL, RECORDS, EQUIPMENTS, SUPPLIES AND UNEXPENDED BALANCES OF APPROPRIATIONS TO THE BOARD OF LIQUIDATORS.

To rationalize the structural and functional organization of the Office of the President, the Congressional Accounts Liquidation Office (CALO) created under Memorandum Order No. 338, dated January 23, 1973, is hereby abolished, and all its pertinent functions, personnel, records, equipment, supplies and unexpended balances of appropriations are hereby transferred to the Board of Liquidators.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect at the close of office hours on September 30, 1987.1aшphi1
