MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 804, March 16, 1984 ] AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF AN ORIENTATION COURSE FOR UTILITY AND MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL To improve and upgrade the cleaning skills and techniques of the utility and maintenance personnel of this Office in line with our on-going beautification program, there is a need to reorient our janitors on the proper office cleanliness and maintenance, and to teach them on the correct and proper attitudes towards their job, their co-workers and superiors. Accordingly, the Training Staff of this Office is hereby authorized to conduct a one-week orientation course for all janitors in this Office at the Briefing Room of the Administration Building on the dates the Personnel Office is hereby authorized to set and announce. Sessions shall be held in the afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and the participants shall be completely relieved from their official assignments in their respective posts only during the session of the course.1aшphi1 (Sgd.)
