In the interest of the service, the temporary detail to the Batasang Pambansa of Miss RHEA M. ODILAO of the AFP Computer Systems Command is hereby authorized effective 1 July 1983. She shall be entitled to receive an honoraria equivalent to fifty per cent (50%) of her basic salary chargeable against Batasan fund and subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures.1aшphi1
