AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE IN THE SEMINAR/WORKSHOP ON RECENT COA CIRCULARS TO BE CONDUCTED IN THIS OFFICE.

For the purpose of familiarizing all concerned with the recent COA issuances, the Commission on Audit has scheduled a Seminar/Workshop for the purpose in this Office on September 23-29, 1981. Accordingly, the employees of the Office of the Presidential Finance Assistant, the Finance Office (Proper), the Accounting Office, the Cashier’s Unit, Property and the Auditing Unit and all those involved in the processing/recording of financial transactions in this Office, are hereby authorized to attend the said Seminar/Workshop The head of the other offices may likewise authorize the attendance in the seminar of not more than two (2) of their employees.

Names of participants may be submitted to the Training Staff, Administrative Office, not later than 12:00 noon tomorrow, September 23, 1981.1aшphi1
