AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 616 DATED MAY 2, 1978 CREATING A TECHNICAL PANEL TO DISCUSS WITH A COUNTERPART PANEL FROM THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK (ADB) RELATIVE TO THE DEFICIENCIES IN THE ADB BUILDING.

Memorandum Order No. 616 dated May 2, 1978 creating a Technical Panel to discuss with a counterpart panel from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) relative to the deficiencies in the ADB Building, is hereby amended to designate Mr. JESUS B. EVIDENTE, Assistant Director, Infrastructure Staff, National Economic and Development Authority, as Member of the Technical Panel, vice Mr. Antonio Latorre, deceased.

This Order takes effect immediately.1aшphi1
