Governor Juanito R. Remulla of Cavite, accompanied by Provincial Board Member Arturo M. Topacio, Jr., representing Cavite City, Ambassador Benjamin T. Tirona, Provincial Board Member of Cavite, and Mayor Hilarion R. Maglabe of Tagaytay City, are hereby authorized to travel, on official time, to Taiwan and Korea for a period of three (3) days sometime in August, 1980 in order to accept the invitation extended to them by Tainan City Mayor Su Nan-Cheng, provided that, outside of their salaries, no government funds are involved in connection therewith.1aшphi1
