There is hereby created a Management and Audit Committee in the Office of the President to direct, supervise and oversee the management and day to day operations of the Malacañang Employees Cooperative composed of the following:

Director Jesus Ruiz Chairman

Auditor Andronico Duque Vice Chairman

Director Salvador Capistrano Member

Atty. Benjamin G. Perez Member

Miss Leonila Sioson Member

Dr. Juan Valeros and Mrs. Ynes Payoyo shall remain as consultants.
