FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 395, S-1973, ENTITLED,  “CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY WAYS AND MEANS TO ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST PUBLIC UTILITY VEHICLE DRIVERS, OWNERS AND OPERATORS TO ORGANIZE THEMSELVES INTO COOPERATIVES. “

Memorandum Order No. 395, dated October 19, 1973, as amended by Memorandum Order No. 438, dated July 10, 1974, as amended, is hereby further amended to include as ex-officio members of the Committee on Transport Cooperatives, the following:
