AUTHORIZING VOLUNTEER WORKERS IN THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL VOLUNTEER SERVICE COORDINATING OFFICE TO DRAW ALLOWANCES.
In accordance with the letter of the Ministry of the Budget dated September 20- 1979, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 17-g of Presidential Decree No. 985, the THIRTY-FOUR (34.) new domestic volunteer Workers and THREE (3) Project officers who are engaged in the Volunteer for Information and Development Assistance (VIDA), are hereby granted allowances at the rates specified below, effective July 1, 1979, and for the duration of the performance of their duties and responsibilities unless sooner terminated, chargeable against the appropriations of the said office, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accou nting and auditing requirements:
