AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT STAFF TO MONITOR THE UNCTAD V PROCEEDINGS.
In order that the President may be apprised immediately of important developments, vital issues and other information related to the UNCTAD V, the Presidential Management Staff (PMS) is hereby authorized to monitor the conference proceedings from May 7 to June 3, 1979.1aшphi1
For this purpose, the following employees of the PMS are likewise authorized to attend the said conference as observers and to perform such assignments as may be given by the Managing Director:
