MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 643, February 6, 1979 ] AUTHORIZING THREE (3) EMPLOYEES OF THE MALACAÑANG GARAGE TO COLLECT ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FOR OVERTURE SERVICE RENDERED. In view of exigencies of the service, not more than three (3) employees office Malacañang Garage are hereby authorized to collect additional compensation for overtime service actually rendered, but not exceeding four (4-) hours each in a day, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1-(32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246, as amended, and as an exception to Presidential Memorandum No. 19,2-74-, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 This Order shall take effect immediately.
