REQUIRING THE USE OF DAILY ATTENDANCE BLOTTER FOR REGISTERING THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AT AND DEPARTURE FROM OFFICE.

In view of the fact that the bundy clocks installed in the Administration Building for the use of employees of the Office of the President are out of order and may take some time before they are repaired or replaced, it is hereby directed that all employees, who are required to use the bundy clock in registering their attendance in office, use the daily attendance blotters for the purpose. Upon arrival in their respective units, they shall sign the blotter and enter in the proper column their exact time (hour and minute) of arrival. The same procedure shall be followed when taking time out for lunch, coming back to office for the afternoon session, and leaving the office in the afternoon or evening.

For uniformity, the attached daily attendance blotter form is hereby prescribed, Each chief of primary unit shall assign a responsible official, not lower than a section chief, to take charge of the registering of attendance on the blotter who shall see to it that the same are properly accomplished. Each sheet/page of blotter shall be signed by the official in charge so assigned and attested by the Primary Unit Head concerned.1aшphi1

At the first hour of each working day, the blotters for the preceding day of each primary unit and those of the subunits under it, if any, duly signed and attested, r shall be submitted to the Administrative Office for recording and safekeeping.

Strict compliance herewith is enjoined.
