BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

[ Memorandum Order No. 637, January 17, 1979 ]

The temporary detail and designation of the government personnel listed hereunder, to the Batasang Pambansa, effective 13 December 1978, as General Counsel of the Select Committee of the Batasang Pambansa charged with the investigation of the Angat Dam incident and other related incidents, is hereby authorized:

He shall perform the duties and discharge the responsibilities of the position indicated opposite his name.1aшphi1

He shall be entitled to honoraria in the amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of his basic salary chargeable against the Batasan funds and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

The detail of the above-mentioned personnel shall be automatically terminated upon the completion of the investigation of the Angat Dam incident and other related matters.
