CREATING THE COMMITTEE TO ADMINISTER THE NEW CABALAN AFFAIRS IN OLONGAPO CITY.
There is hereby created a Committee to administer the New Cabalan Affairs to be composed of the following officials:

For this purpose, the Committee shall promulgate rules and regulations concerning the administration of the New Cabalan Affairs consistent with existing laws and policies. it is hereby empowered to call upon any department, bureau or office of the government for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its task.
The Committee shall submit reports on the progress of its work from time to time for the information of the President.1aшphi1
This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
