CREATING A COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE CHARGES OF THE PHILIPPINE RACING CLUB, INC. AGAINST THE PHILIPPINE RACING COMMISSION.
There is hereby created a Committee to conduct an investigation of the charges of the Philippine Racing Club, Inc. (PRCI) against the Philippine Racing Commission (PHILRACOM) embodied in the attached copy of the letter dated February 8, 1977 of Mrs. Antonia H. Reyes, President of the PRCI. Enclosed also is the letter-reply dated March 7, 1977, of Chairman Eduardo M. Cojuangco, Jr. of the PHILRACOM to the said charges.
The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The Committee may call upon any department, bureau or office for such assistance as it may need in the discharge of its functions.1aшphi1 It shall complete the investigation within fifteen (15) days from the date hereof and shall submit its findings and recommendations for the President’s consideration.
This Order takes effect immediately.
