MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 579, December 14, 1976 ] AUTHORIZING THE HOLDING OF TRAINING IN EDUCATION AND LEADERSHIP IN COOPERATIVES IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT. In line with the policy of the government to foster the creation and growth of cooperatives as a means of increasing the income of low-income sector, as declared in Memorandum Circular No. 742 of this Office, there is need to acquaint and familiarize our employees with the concepts, principles and management of cooperatives whose membership permeates the ranks of employees in both the government and private sectors. This training will provide the participants with the-necessary know-how to be able to assist in the formation of cooperatives in their respective communities. For the foregoing, there is hereby authorized the holding of a training in Education and Leadership in Cooperatives in the Office of the President from December 27, 1976 to February 7, 1977.The session shall be conducted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:30 to 5:00 P.M. at the briefing room 4th floor of the Administration Building All chiefs of offices and primary units in this Office are hereby urged to submit at least three nominees each to the Administrative Office not later than December 22, 1976.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
