SUSPENSION OF SALARY LOAN PRIVILEGES OF GSIS MEMBERS WHO HAVE OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS WITH THE GSIS GENERAL HOSPITAL

For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is Resolution No. 424 adopted by the GSIS Board of Trustees on March 25, 1976, laying down the policy relative to member-borrowers who have outstanding accounts with the GSIS General Hospital:

“Upon representation of the AD HOC COMMITTEE and in order to assist the GSIS General Hospital collect on patient-debtors of the hospital, the Board RESOLVED that salary loan applications of patient-debtors of GSIS General Hospital shall be withheld unless the proceeds of said loan or part thereof shall be for repayment of GSIS hospital bills, subject further to the rules and regulations on the grant of salary loan.”

Heads of offices and units shall see to it that the foregoing information is immediately disseminated to all concerned.1aшphi1
