MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 563, March 26, 1976 ] AUTHORIZING THE HOLDING OF THE SEMINAR ON CONTROLS IN FISCAL OPERATIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT In line with the current trend to streamline and update the government procedure in fiscal operations to keep it attune with present fiscal and economic policies, the holding of a seminar on Controls in Fiscal Operations from March 15 to May 7, 1976, inclusive, in this Office, is hereby authorized. Mr. Floriño O. Ibañez of the Administrative Office is hereby designated as Coordinator of the seminar with a cash advance to defray all such necessary expenses as are allowable under existing regulations and/or approved by the Presidential Finance Adviser, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
