AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF THE SOCIAL SECRETARY’S OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, FROM FEBRUARY 21 TO 25 AND FEBRUARY 28, TO MARCH 2, 1976.

In the interest of the service and as an exception to the President’s Memorandum No. 192-74, dated August 20, 1974, the personnel of the Social Secretary’s Office who were assigned by the Social Secretary to render service beyond the regular office hours to perform specific duties from February 21 to 25, 1976, inclusive, in connection with the preparations for the Summit Meet in Bali, Indonesia and from February 28 to March 2, 1976, inclusive, in connection with the preparations for the state visit of the King and Queen of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, are hereby authorized to draw additional compensation for overtime services rendered during the said period, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-I(32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246 as amended, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
