CREATING AN AD HOC COMMITTEE ON THE NEA CASE

An Ad Hoc Committee is hereby created composed of representative from the Office of the Solicitor General representative from the Office of the Solicitor General as Chairman and the Corporate Counsel of the National Electrification Administration, a representative from the Central Bank and Development Management Staff of the Office of the President as members to study the feasibility of (1) entering in an amicable settlement of the case against the National Electrification Administrative, docketed in Manila Court of First Instance as Civil Case No. 95984 and/or (2) modifying the relevant Central Bank rules to exclude the CBC-NEA of the revised foreign exchange rate.1aшphi1

The Committee shall submit its report on or before March 15, 1976.
