RECALLING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 366 DATED JULY 25, 1973, GRANTING THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION PARTIAL EXEMPTION FROM THE COVERAGE OF R. A. NO. 656.

In order that, the provisions of R.A. No. 656, which compulsorily requires the national, provincial and city governments and first class municipalities, including government owned and controlled corporation to insure their properties and assets against damage arising from calamities such as fire, earthquakes and storms, can be strictly enforced and complied with by all concerned, Memorandum Order No. 366 dated July 25, 1973, granting the National Power Corporation partial exemption from the coverage of R.A. 656, is hereby recalled effective immediately.1aшphi1
