[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 553, December 22, 1975 ]

AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF THE ENGINEER’S OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION, FROM DECEMBER 10  – DECEMBER 31, 1975

In the interest of the service and as an exception to the President’s Memorandum No. 192-74 dated August 20, 1974, the personnel of the Engineer’s Office (composed of thirteen (13) carpenters, five (5) plumbers, five (5) electricians,, seven (7) masons and nine (9) painters) whose service’s are needed beyond the regular office hours on December 10-31, 1975, to perform specific duties assigned to them by the Presidential Staff Director, Engineer’s Office, in connection with the renovation of offices in the Administrative Building, are hereby authorized to draw additional compensation for overtime services rendered during the said period, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1(32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246, as amended, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
