[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 536, September 29, 1975 ]

FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 102, SERIES OF 1964, BY PRESCRIBING A NEW UNIFORM TOR LADY EMPLOYEES IN THIS OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

Memorandum Order No. 102, dated September 11?, 1964, as amended, requiring all lady employees in the Office of the President to wear uniform during attendance in office, is hereby further amended so as to prescribe a new uniform made in accordance with the attached sketch and the following specifications: the materials shall be two (2) sets of one piece dress, one in plain navy blue, and the other, in plain light blue Ponti de Roma, both with checkered red and white BC-Gingham underblouse.1aшphi1

Except lady doctors and nurses in the Malacañang Clinic, who shall continue to wear the white attire prescribed under Memorandum Order No. 371, series of 1973, and lady employees in mourning during the period of their mourning, all lady employees shall alternately wear beginning October 20, 1975, the new uniform herein prescribed, the plain navy blue on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and the plain light blue on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lady employees appointed hereafter shall begin wearing the uniform herein prescribed not later than fifteen (15) days from their date of assumption of office.

Materials for three (3) dresses of plain navy blue, two (2) dresses of light blue, and two (2) underblouses of checkered red and white 3C-Gingham will be furnished by this Office free of charge to all lady employees in the office roster as of August 31, 1975. Lady employees appointed thereafter shall procure their own materials.

Strict compliance with the provisions of this Order and of Memorandum Order No. 371 series of 1973, is hereby enjoined.
