[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 533, September 12, 1975 ]

AUTHORIZING CERTAIN PERSONNEL OF THE SOCIAL SECRETARY’S OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION FROM JULY 27 TO AUGUST 31, 1975.

In the interest of the service and as an exception to the President’s Memorandum No. 192-7’S dated August 20, 1974, the personnel of the Social Secretary’s Office whose services were needed beyond the regular office hours from July 27 to August 31, 1975, inclusive, to perform specific duties assigned to then by the Social Secretary, in connection with the official trip of the First Lady to Bolivia, New York and Cuba, are hereby authorized to draw additional compensation for overtime services rendered during the said period, pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1(32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246, as amended, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1
