ANNOUNCING THE HOLDING OF A SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON CORRESPONDENCE AND RECORDS HANDLING.

In line with the policy of the Office to upgrade the skill and competence of its personnel, a Seminar-Workshop on Correspondence and Records Handling will be Conducted from August II to 15, 1975 to familiarize first line supervisors with existing procedures governing the proper flow and handling of correspondence and records in this Office. The course is designed to enable the supervisors to identify problems obtaining on the subject and coordinate with the Records Office in providing recommendations and/or solutions therefor. The sessions will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, Monday thru Friday at the Briefing Room, Administration Building.1aшphi1

Each office or principal unit may send not ‘more than one participant who is in the first line supervisors group, such as Records Officer, Administrative Assistant I, Executive Assistant I-II, Technical Assistant, Presidential Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant I or one occupying a position of equivalent rank. The name of the nominee should be submitted to the Chief Training Officer (Administrative Office) at least two days before the start of the seminar.

Participants are enjoined to attend the sessions regularly in order to gain maximum benefits from the course. Certificates of completion will be issued to those who fulfill, the basic requirement.
