MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 505, April 15, 1975 ] Memorandum Order Nos. 500 and 501, both dated March 24, 1975, authorizing certain personnel of the Malacañang Engineer’s-Office to render overtime service with meal allowance, are hereby amended such that the overtime services of those assigned to the Palace Bedroom and the Swimming Pool are extended to April 6 and 13, respectively, and that in lieu of one meal allowance a day on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, the laborers shall be entitled to one day pay and the rest shall be paid additional compensation pursuant to the provisions of Section1,7-I(32) of Commonwealth Act No. 246, as amended. Overtime service shall be reckoned from 8:00 o’clock A.M. to 5:00 o’clock P.M. during Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays and additional compensation shall be based on ?200 only per month divided by the number of working hours during the month, provided that at no time shall such additional compensation exceed for any one month the equivalent of the regular compensation, nor shall it exceed for any one year fifty per centum thereof.1aшphi1 By authority of the President: (SGD.)
