MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 499, March 14, 1975 ] AUTHORIZING THE TWENTY-TWO (22) PERSONNEL OF THE MALACAÑANG TELEGRAPH OFFICE TO RENDER OVERTIME SERVICE WITH MEAL ALLOWANCE. In the interest of the service and as an exception to Memorandum 192-74 dated August 20, 1974, authority is hereby granted for the twenty-two (22) personnel of the Malacañang Telegraph Office to render overtime service with one (1) meal allowance a day, including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, effective February 11 up to 28, 1975, subject to the availability of funds and the usual accounting and auditing requirements.1aшphi1 By authority of the President ROBERTO V.
