AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 475, DATED DECEMBER 19, 1974, “CONSTITUTING THE PHILIPPINE PANEL OF DELEGATES TO THE 8TH SESSION OF THE FAO INTERGOVERNMENTAL GROUP ON HARD FIBERS, JANUARY 20-25 1975 IN MANILA.”
Memorandum Order No. 475, dated December 19, 1974, constituting the Philippine Panel of Delegates to the 8th Session of the FAO Intergovernmental Group on Hard Fibers, January 20-25, 1975, in Manila”, is hereby amended to name Governor Caesar Lanuza of the Board of Investments as Chairman m lieu of Undersecretary J.D. Drilon, Jr. of the department of Agriculture and Assistant Secretary Jose Leviste, Jr. of the Department of Agriculture as Vice-chairman for the government sector, and also to include the following as members of the Philippine delegation:
