[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 468, November 19, 1974 ]
CONSTITUTING A PHILIPPINE PANEL TO MEET AND CONFER WITH THE DULY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK FOR A LOAN OF FIVE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $5,800,000.00) TO FINANCE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE AGUSAN DEL SUR IRRIGATION PROJECT.
There is hereby constituted a Philippine Panel to meet, confer, and negotiate with duly authorized representatives of the Asian Development Bank for a loan of FIVE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS (U.S. $5,800,000.00) to finance the construction of the Agusan del Sur Irrigation Project.
The Panel shall be composed of the following:

Secretary Virata is likewise authorized to conclude and sign such agreement with the Asian Development Bank covering the aforesaid loan and have invested in him with full and all manner of power and authority for this purpose.1aшphi1
This Order takes effect immediately.
