[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 446, July 19, 1974 ]

CREATING A SPECIAL COMMITTEE TO WORK OUT A SETTLEMENT OF THE BOUNDARY DISPUTE BETWEEN THE PROVINCES OF RIZAL AND BULACAN.

In order to expedite the settlement of the boundary dispute between the provinces of Rizal and Bulacan by this Office pursuant to Section 2167 of the Revised Administrative Code, there is hereby created a special committee to work out a settlement of said dispute, to be composed of the following:

The Inter-Agency Committee shall be composed of the following:

Atty. Genaro A. Eslava, Office of the President Chairman
Vice-Governor Arsenio Roldan of Rizal Member
Prov. Board Member Jesus Mendoza of Bulacan Member
Engr. Nicolas Aldana of Rizal Member
Prov. Engr. Teodulo Genir of Bulacan Member

The Committee shall make the necessary study and investigation of the boundary dispute between said provinces and shall submit its proposed solution within a period of one (1) month from the issue of this Order.

The Committee may call upon any department, bureau, office, agency or instrumentality of the Government for such assistance as it may need in the performance of its task.1aшphi1

All expenses incurred by the Committee in the execution of its task shall be borne share and share alike by the aforementioned provinces.
