[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 432, June 10, 1974 ]

IMPLEMENTING IN THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE THE TWO SETS OF WORK HOURS PRESCRIBED IN GENERAL ORDER NO. 48, DATED JUNE 8, 1974.

Pursuant to General Order No. 48, dated June 8, 1974, prescribing staggered office hours for government offices, among others, in the Metropolitan Manila Area, all Chiefs of Divisions or Primary Units of the Executive Office are hereby directed to divide the employees under them into two (2) groups or shifts, the first shift to observe office hours during regular work days 7:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. and the second shift 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M., effective immediately. For this purpose, the two (2) sets of office hours schedule previously observed as authorized under General Order No. 50, series of 1975, are hereby readopted or revived. Should there be changes in the work force in any particular division or unit, a revised work schedule shall be submitted to the Executive Secretary for approval not later than June 15, 1974.1aшphi1
