BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 402, December 21, 1973 ]

REMINDING ALL LADY EMPLOYEES IN THIS OFFICE TO ALWAYS WEAR THEIR UNIFORM COMPLETELY.

It has been observed that there are many lady employees in this Office who, while wearing the prescribed office uniform, leave out the jacket, or just sling the jacket on their arms, while going to and leaving their places of work or even while within their office premises. This practice defeats the objectives of Memorandum Order No. 371 dated August 20, 1973.

Furthermore, the prescribed uniform has already been patented for use by lady employees of this Office only; hence, it should be worn completely, whenever being used, by all concerned.

In view hereof, all lady employees in this Office are hereby required to always wear completely the prescribed uniform, with black shoes, whenever they are at work in their offices and especially when they go to and return from their places of employment.

All Chiefs of Divisions and Primary Units in this Office are hereby enjoined to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Order.1aшphi1
