FURTHER AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 128 DATED JUNE 27, 1969, CREATING THE PRESIDENTIAL ACTION COMMITTEE ON CITIZENS COMPLAINTS.

Memorandum Order No. 128, as amended by Memorandum Orders Nos. 173, 180, 185 and 268 dated February 28, 1970, April 10, 1970, June 17, 1970 and January 21, 1972, creating the Presidential Action Committee on Citizens Complaints (PACCC), is hereby further amended so as to reorganize the said Committee with the NMPC Director as Chairman, and one additional member from each of the following offices:
