[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 361, June 14, 1973 ]

IMPLEMENTING IN THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE THE TWO SETS OF WORK HOURS PRESCRIBED IN GENERAL ORDER NO. 30, DATED JUNE 13, 1973.

Pursuant to General Order No. 30, dated June 13, 1973, prescribing staggered office hours for, among other things, government offices in the Metropolitan Manila Area, all Chiefs of Divisions or Primary Units of the Executive Office are hereby directed to revise the current office hours schedule in their respective divisions or units such that employees under them shall be divided into two (2) shifts, the first shift to observe office hours during regular work days 7:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. and the second shift 9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M., effective Monday, June 18, 1973. The revised work schedule shall be submitted to the Executive Secretary for approval not later than June 15, 1973. All Chiefs of Divisions or Primary Units and Section Chiefs shall report for work at 7:30 A.M.1aшphi1

The assignment of skeletal staff during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in this Office shall be continued and the Division or Unit Chief shall see to it that the scheduling of such skeletal staff in his office is responsive to the needs of the service and that at least one responsible supervisor is assigned from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and another from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Memorandum Order No. 322, dated December 12, 1972, “Implementing in the Executive Office the two (2) sets of Work Hours Prescribed in Memorandum Circular No. 611,” is hereby amended accordingly.

Strict compliance with the provisions of this Order is enjoined.
