[ MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 359, May 29, 1973 ]

RESTRICTING LOCAL TRAVELS OF EMPLOYEES IN THIS OFFICE TO THOSE THAT ARE URGENT AND NECESSARY.

In line with the retrenchment policy and due to lack of funds, it is hereby directed that proposed local travels of employees in this Office be discouraged except in cases where the purpose of the trip is urgent and very necessary in the interest of the service. For this purpose, all heads of divisions and primary units shall, in case of proposed local travels of employees under them, certify to the urgency or necessity therefor.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order takes effect immediately.
