AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 345 DATED FEBRUARY 8, 1973, DESIGNATING THE CHAIRMEN AND MEMBERS OF THE AMNESTY COMMISSION SO AS TO DESIGNATE DISTRICT JUDGE EILALIO D. ROSETE AS MEMBER OF THE THIRD COMMISSION FOR THE ISLANDS OF MINDANAO.

Memorandum Order No. 345 dated February 8, 1973, designating the Chairmen and Members of the Amnesty Commission pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 124 and Administrative Order No. 350 of the Office of the President, both dated February 2, 1973, is hereby amended so as to designate District Judge EULALIO D. ROSETE, in lieu of District Judge Luis D. Menta, as Member of the Third Commission for the islands of Mindanao, Sulu Archipelago.1aшphi1

This Order takes effect immediately.
