CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY OF TRANSFERRING THE DOMESTIC SHIPPING PORT FROM NORTH HARBOR, MANILA TO AN ALTERNATIVE SITE IN SOUTHERN LUZON.

There is hereby created a committee to study the feasibility of transferring the domestic shipping port from North Harbor, Manila, to an alternative site in Southern Luzon, in view of the increasingly felt need to decongest the port facilities in Greater Manila.

The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The following activities are to be undertaken:

1. A study of the technical and economic feasibility of the project.

2. A study on how to improve the relevant port and land transportation facilities to support this proposal, should the same e found feasible.

The Committee shall submit its report to this Office as soon as possible.1aшphi1
