[ Memorandum Order No. 322, December 12, 1972 ]

IMPLEMENTING IN THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE THE TWO SETS OF WORK HOURS PRESCRIBED IN MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 611, CURRENT SERIES.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 611, dated December 11, 1972, prescribing two (2) sets of work hours for offices of the government in the Greater Manila Area, each Division or Unit of the Executive Office shall prepare the schedule of employees into two groups and submit the same for approval to the Executive Secretary, through the Administrative Office, including the schedule of the skeletal staff on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays required under the aforementioned Circular, not later than December 13, 1972. All Chiefs of Division or Primary Unit and section chiefs shall report for work at8:00 A.M.

The Division or Unit Chief shall see to it that the scheduling of skeletal staff during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in his office is responsive to the needs of the service and that at least one responsible supervisor is assigned from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and another from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Strict compliance with the previsions of this Order is enjoined.1aшphi1
