REQUIRING ALL REGIONAL OFFICES TO FURNISH PRESIDENTIAL REGIONAL OFFICERS FOR DEVELOPMENT (PROD) A COPY EACH OF ALL PERTINENT FIELD REPORTS NORMALLY SUBMITTED TO THEIR RESPECTIVE HEAD/CENTRAL OFFICES.

In order to enable the Presidential Regional Officers for Development (PROD) to effectively carry out the duties and responsibilities prescribed in Letter of Instructions No. 36-A, all Regional Offices of the Departments, Agencies, and Instrumentalities of the Government, including Government owned or controlled corporations, are hereby required to furnish the PROD designated for their particular region a copy each of all field reports normally submitted to their respective Head/Central Offices relative to the implementation of major programs and projects in their regions.

The copy required, herein shall be furnished the PROD immediately upon the transmittal of the field report to the next higher Office concerned.1aшphi1
