CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE TO STUDY MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS IN INDUSTRY AND AGRICULTURE

There is hereby created an inter-agency committee to study the requirements for manpower in industry and in the rural sector, under agrarian reform.1aшphi1

The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The following functions shall be undertaken by the Committee:

1. To assess the present volumes and pattern of labor absorption in industry and in agriculture, particularly for rice and corn cultivation under agrarian reform.1aшphi1

2. To recommend specific policies and projects to boost labor-absorption in both industry and agriculture.

3. To work out general implementing schemes for such policies and projects.

4. To accomplish the Study on or before January 31, 1973.
