CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE TO PREPARE A PLAN FOR A GOVERNMENT EXECUTIVE ACADEMY.

There is hereby established an inter-agency committee to’ prepare a plan for the establishment of an Executive Academy for the development of career executive and civil servants in Government.

The Committee shall be composed of the following:

Dr. Nathaniel Tablante
Dean, Institute of Social Work & Community Development
University of the Philippines
Member
Dr. Manuel Alba
Chairman, Presidential Commission to Survey

The Committee is hereby directed to:

1. Undertake an inventory of existing opportunities, both local and foreign, for training of government executives;

2. Design a comprehensive scheme for the establishment of an Executive Academy, considering both financial and operational aspects, geared to providing generalist, interdisciplinary training for career executives;

3. Specify the roles, if any, of presently existing agencies, in relation to the Executive Academy;

4. Accomplish the Plan on or before January 31, 1973.1aшphi1
