AMENDING THE COMPOSITION AND TERMS OF REFERENCE OF THE TASK FORCE TO LIQUIDATE THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL COOPERATIVE BANK
Memorandum Order No. 310, dated 6 November 1972 creating a Task Force to liquidate the operations of the Philippine National Cooperative Bank and to effect the smooth transfer of the net assets of the PNCB to the PNB is hereby amended to include the following:

The terms of reference for the Task Force is likewise amended based on the initial report of the original group. Liquidation of the Bank shall now be prosecuted under Sec. 29 of R.A. 265.
