[ Memorandum Order No. 308, November 2, 1972 ]
CREATING A COMMITTEE TO STUDY AND EVALUATE THE SITUATION OBTAINING IN THE MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY (MSU) AND TO FORMULATE RECOMMENDATIONS THEREON.
There is hereby created a Committee to study and evaluate the situation obtaining in the Mindanao State University and to formulate recommendations thereon. The Committee shall be composed of the following:

The Committee shall (a) determine the present capability of the MSU to continue with its academic classes in the light of the conditions obtaining therein; (b) recommend, in case present situation does not warrant or is not conducive to MSU’s smooth and efficient operations, such measures as may be necessary to enable the MSU to function and pursue its goals and objectives; and (c) devise plans and programs for future operations of the MSU.
The Committee may call upon any department, bureau, office and instrumentality of the government for such assistance as it may need in the accomplishment of its mission. It shall submit its report to the President of the Philippines, through the Executive Secretary, within a period of one (1) month from the date hereof.
This Order takes effective immediately.1aшphi1
