AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 204 OF THIS OFFICE, SERIES OF 1970.

Memorandum Order No. 204, series of 1970, “Requiring Officials and Employees in the Office of the President to Wear Nameplates,” as reiterated in Memorandum Order No. 302, current series, is hereby amended so as to change the nameplates issued under the said Memorandum Order by a new form which shall be in only one uniform color (white) for all, bearing the inscription OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT, Executive Office, a facsimile of the seal of the Office of the Executive Secretary, the employee’s name and photograph, the division or unit where he/she is assigned and the corresponding number.

All nameplates previously issued to officials and employees in this Office should be surrendered through the Security Officers of their respective divisions/primary units who in turn shall submit them to the Administrative Office for replacement by the new nameplate herein specified.

It is understood that the provisions of the above-mentioned Memorandum Orders that are not inconsistent herewith shall remain enforced.1aшphi1

This Order shall take effect immediately.
