MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 299, September 11, 1972 ] URGING THE USE OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AS A MEANS OF ENTRY OR EXIT BY ALL CONCERNED. Effective immediately and until further advice, the use of the main entrance of the Administration Building as a means of entry and exit by all concerned in this Office is hereby required. All the side entrances of the building shall be closed and may be used only by duly authorized officials or employees. The Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds shall, in coordination with the Provost Office, see to it that this Memorandum Order is strictly complied with.1aшphi1 By the authority of the President: (Sgd.)
